Basic Property Information

Garage CapacityNumber of cars that fit in the garage (0 if no garage)

Year Built Source

Where you obtained the year built information. This helps buyers understand the reliability of the data.

Grade School (Elementary)

High School

The high school that serves your property address. Usually grades 9-12.

Legal Description

Homestead Exemption

Homestead exemption is a tax benefit for properties used as the owner's primary residence. It can significantly reduce property taxes.
