Program Description

Oklahomey (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers SMS notifications related to real estate brokerage services, including but not limited to:

• Showing request confirmations and updates
• Showing scheduling notifications for sellers
• Transaction status updates
• Account notifications
• Follow-up communications regarding property showings

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox on any Oklahomey form (including showing request forms, account registration, or account settings), you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Oklahomey at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

You may opt in to SMS notifications through the following methods:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox when requesting a showing on oklahomey.com
• Enabling SMS notifications in your Account Settings
• Providing your phone number during account registration with SMS consent

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. For example, you may receive messages when a showing is requested, confirmed, cancelled, or rescheduled. You will not receive more than 10 messages per day under normal circumstances.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Oklahomey does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier's standard messaging fees may apply.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Oklahomey unless you opt in again.

You may also disable SMS notifications in your Account Settings at any time.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Information collected through SMS may be shared with our service providers (such as our SMS platform) solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
